Processing Time

All artworks are carefully prepared and packed prior to shipment.Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before dispatch, unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Artworks are shipped via tracked and insured courier services

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to invoicing

• Delivery timeframes vary by location and courier, typically 3–10 business days

International Orders (Outside Australia)

• International shipping is available upon request

• All international shipments are tracked and insured

Packaging & Care

Each artwork is professionally packed to ensure safe arrival, using archival and protective materials appropriate to the medium and scale of the work.

Risk & Responsibility

Once an artwork has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the buyer. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery with supporting photographs so I can assist with an insurance claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of original artworks, returns are not accepted for change of mind. If an original artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me immediately so the issue can be resolved.

Local collection (if you are Melbourne based) is available by arrangement.
